The gang culture is a frightening aspect of modern day society, and one aspect that I do not believe it will be successfully abolished for now. So who and what are to blame for this problem of, black on black gang/gun crime?

Is absent fathers to blame? Is it young parents? Or is it the system?
I believe all of the above could be contributing factors, to the youth that are lead astray along side many more factors. However the media does not help either, as guns are often glamorised.
